QUICK DETAILS ABOUT PICTURE DAY

  • Boutique fine art portraits are child-focused. All pictures are on a black background and are taken in natural light. The results are genuine, timeless and authentic portraits. I only take on a few, select schools so that I can provide superior customer service. I include a variety of your child’s natural expressions, in both color and black & white, in a private online gallery for your ordering convenience.

  • Some students are much more comfortable in front of the camera,  I strive to connect with each student to capture their personality & will put each and every image that is technically sound in your gallery.

  • You are not required to purchase school photos however, a portion of all proceeds go directly back to your school!  All orders are hand inspected for quality, packaged and delivered to your school in a timely manner.

  • Prints start at $20, and I offer a variety of packages including digital images



 IMPORTANT DETAILS

GALLERY ACCESS:

All galleries are private and password-protected.  The password to your child's individual gallery is his/her 4-digit birthday in MMDD format.  (Example:  Jan 26th = 0126)

RETAKES:

Make-up/Retakes will be offered ONLY for students that were not available to participate in picture day.  

DIGITAL FILES:

Digital files are high-resolution and will be delivered to your email. When you purchase digital files, you receive the rights to print and use your child's image(s) for personal use.  Digital files can be ordered right from your gallery by clicking on the "Digital Media" tab. You may share on social media, email to friends and family, and make prints using your preferred printer. Purchase the entire digital gallery, and receive a free class photo print! NOTE: Please select any image from your child's gallery for the 8x10 print as part of the $79 package, and it will be replaced with the class photo print. To protect the privacy of students, class photos are not available in digital format. 

** I am unable to guarantee quality of prints outside of my own professional printing services. 

ORDER DEADLINES:

Please be sure to make note of your order due date! I receive bulk pricing and discounted shipping on large orders placed at the same time,  I happily pass that savings down to parents that order before the final due date. Late orders are subject to a $25 fee

**Due to the custom nature of portraiture, all sales are final. 





FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS  

Why does it say "PROOF" across the photo?  That is our way of protecting the photographs of your child from being used without permission.  Purchased items (canvas, digital files, prints, etc) will NOT have a logo or proof across the image..

Do you offer retouching?  Although all images are hand edited, additional retouching (such as removing acne, scaring, braces, glare, etc) is not done automatically.  Retouching services may be requested for an additional fee.

Do you offer discounts on portrait sessions? Absolutely.  I offer sessions at a special rate for all my school families. Email regina@elementallens.com for more information.

Are your print prices the same if we book a portrait session?  Because school orders are placed in bulk through my professional lab specializing in school portrait printing I am not able to honor the same deal on prints for portrait sessions.  The pricing for school photography is based on high volume. All other portraits are specifically commissioned on creating heirloom products & original art for your home.
